Effective March 1, 2026, Victoria Rutherford was promoted to Senior Counsel of the firm. Victoria began her career with the firm in 2018 as an associate.
Victoria’s practice focuses on a broad range of commercial, civil, and insurance litigation matters. She represents clients in complex disputes involving contracts, real estate and mixed-use developments, and other commercial transactions. Her experience also includes advising and litigating insurance coverage issues, providing insurance defense representation, handling a variety of commercial business disputes, and managing ad valorem tax matters. Victoria is known for her strategic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving practical, results-driven solutions for her clients.
