GH&A attorneys Andrew Mytelka, Angie Olalde, and Chelsi Honeycutt successfully obtained a preliminary injunction on behalf of a client in the automotive freight industry. The injunction, issued by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown following a full-day hearing, prohibits the client’s former employee from using confidential and proprietary information and from directly competing with the client’s business.
Shortly after securing the injunction, the GH&A team negotiated a favorable settlement and achieved the dismissal of related litigation pending in another jurisdiction.
