GH&A attorneys, Joe Cavanah and Ashley Reilly, successfully obtained the dismissal of all claims against an oil and gas operator wrongfully drawn into a dispute between a surviving spouse and the executor of a Texas estate. The litigation arose from competing claims to mineral interests and revenue payments following the Decedent’s death. The Court dismissed our firm’s client from the case, recognizing that the operator had acted properly in suspending revenues pending resolution of the beneficiaries’ dispute.
