Chelsi’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction, business and employment matters. She represents clients across a wide range of complex disputes, with a typical caseload that includes business and construction contract disputes, employer/employee issues, and ad valorem tax appeals. Her broad experience allows her to provide strategic, results-driven counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Chelsi regularly represents owners and developers in lawsuits against contractors for faulty or incomplete work, while also advocating on behalf of contractors in disputes against prime contractors, subcontractors and owners for failure to perform. Her balanced perspective on both sides of construction disputes gives her a practical understanding of the industry and strengthens her ability to achieve favorable outcomes.
