Buckley and Lamm Assist Client in Obtaining Patent

Utilizing the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s recent Green Technologies Expedited Examination Pilot Program, Stefan Stamoulis, a client of the firm, was issued a patent for a tool and method to perforate existing landfill gas recovery wells.  Mr. Stamoulis’ tool and method can be utilized at landfill sites to recapture a greater amount of methane gas, thereby reducing emissions into the atmosphere.  Attorneys working on this included lead IP counsel Meg Boulware with Boulware and Valoir and Partner John A.
