On August 12th, 2010, partner Michael Adams obtained a dismissal with prejudice in the 215th Judicial District Court of Harris County on behalf of SRC Construction, Inc., Salvatore Carabetta and Carabetta Enterprises, Inc. based upon a lack of personal jurisdiction. After a lengthy evidentiary hearing, Judge Sylvia Mathews found that the defendants did not have sufficient contacts with Texas for the court to exercise personal jurisdiction over them.
