Compensation at Greer, Herz & Adams is based on each applicant's experience and personal contribution to the success of the firm. In addition to a salary, extraordinary performance and results may earn an associate a bonus. Currently, an associate is eligible for consideration to become a partner of the firm after seven years of service.
