Greer, Herz & Adams, L.L.P. has one of the most diverse litigation and appellate practices in Coastal Texas. The firm's lawyers have also represented our clients as lead counsel in numerous nationwide class action lawsuits. Greer, Herz & Adams' attorneys have considerable experience in all methods of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration before such bodies as the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).

In recent years, the firm has represented an investment advisor and its clients against a certified public accounting firm, obtaining a jury verdict in excess of $500 Million for our clients. We have also represented a multi-national airline company in a significant antitrust matter, as well as represented defrauded investors against a now-defunct nationally-recognized retailer. Currently, we are representing our clients in defense of mass tort cases and class actions in Texas and throughout the United States.
