On June 22, 2007 at the Texas State Bar Annual Meeting, Karin Crump, President of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, will present Kelly-Ann F. Clarke with the Texas Young Lawyers Association President's Award.  Ms. Clarke is an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Greer, Herz & Adams, L.L.P.  

At the State Bar Annual Meeting TYLA gives out a series of awards.  While the President gives out President's Awards of Merit (one of which was awarded to Ms. Clarke last year), two of the most prestigious are the Outstanding Director Award and the President's Award. These awards are typically given to a selection of the 50 members of the Board of Directors; however, the President can choose to give the award to any young lawyer in the state.

The letter Ms. Crump sent to Ms. Clarke stated that she was receiving the award for her "extraordinary contributions to TYLA during this bar year."
