Scott Derek Daniel was born on August 22, 1966 in Wharton, Texas. He passed away Saturday, December 27, 2008 at the age of 42.

Scott graduated with a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 and served with distinction as a partner for Greer, Herz & Adams.
