Eric Joseph Kirkpatrick, Born in Artesia, New Mexico, Eric J. Kirkpatrick clerked for the firm in 2003 and came on board as an associate in 2004 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2004. Mr. Kirkpatrick also studied International Law at Yeditepe University in Istanbul, Turkey in 2002. Mr. Kirkpatrick is licensed to practice before the courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mr. Kirkpatrick is also licensed to practice before the United States 5th Court of Appeals. Mr. Kirkpatrick is a member of the Galveston County and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Texas, Galveston County Young Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Kirkpatrick's primary practice area is civil litigation.
