Debra G. James is a partner in the Galveston office of Greer, Herz & Adams, L.L.P., where she has focused her practice in banking and real estate for the past thirty years. She has represented many individuals, as well as institutional clients including Moody National Bank, American National Insurance Company, Moody Foundation, Transitional Learning Community and Galveston Historical Foundation, in matters involving real estate development, mortgage loan originations and workouts, real estate acquisitions, sales and leasing, bankruptcy and collection matters, a wide variety of banking matters, and historic property preservation transactions.
