Steven C. Windsor

Steven C. Windsor was born in Hollywood, California. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 1990, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Windsor served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Hugh Gibson, Senior United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Windsor is licensed to practice before the courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Windsor is a member of the Galveston County, Texas and American Bar Associations and the Galveston County Family Law Bar Association.
