Born in
Galveston, Texas, Stephen G. Schulz attended Tulane University and graduated
from Rice University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts with high honors. Mr. Schulz
received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of
Law in 1976. Mr. Schulz is licensed to practice before the courts of the State
of Texas, the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals
for the Fifth Circuit. He is also a member of the Galveston County and American
Bar Associations and is a charter member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel.
Mr. Schulz practices in the areas of banking law, real estate development law, corporate law and commercial litigation.
