Sean Monticello
was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor
of Science summa cum laude from McNeese State University in 1996 and a Doctor
of Jurisprudence with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1999.
From 1998 to 1999, he served as Technical Editor of The Review of Litigation.
He is the author of "Subafilms Revisited: The Case for Imposing Liability on
Domestic Authorizers of Extraterritorial Copyright Infringement," in The Journal
of Intellectual Property, Spring 1999. Mr. Monticello is a member of the State
Bar of Texas and the Galveston County Young Lawyers Association.
Mr. Monticello's primary practice areas include corporate, securities, and insurance law.
