Born in Bay City,
Texas, Scott D. Daniel joined the firm in 1991 after receiving his Bachelor
of Arts in Plan II from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989 and his Doctor
of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law in 1991. Mr. Daniel
is licensed to practice before the courts of the State of Texas, the United
States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts
of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United
States Supreme Court. Mr. Daniel is a member of the Galveston County and American
Bar Associations, the State Bar of Texas, Galveston County Young Lawyers Association
and the College of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Daniel's primary practice areas include complex litigation, class actions and technology law.
