Kelly-Ann
F. Clarke was born in Kingston, Jamaica. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Duke University in 1996 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2000 from the
University of Houston Law Center. Ms. Clarke is a member of the Galveston County
Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the Galveston County Young Lawyers
Association. She is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern
District of Texas.
Ms. Clarke's primary practice areas are civil litigation and insurance law.
