Born in Galveston,
Texas, Mr. Russo received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University
of Texas at Austin in 1994. In 1997, Mr. Russo received his Doctor of Jurisprudence
from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Russo is a member of the Galveston County
and American Bar Associations and the Galveston County Young Lawyers Association.
Mr. Russo's primary practice areas include civil litigation and insurance law.
