Joseph A.C. Fulcher
was born in Texas City, Texas. Mr. Fulcher received his Bachelor of Business
Administration in finance from The University of Texas at Austin in 1988 and
his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University in 1991. Mr. Fulcher
was a contributing author to the Texas Bank Lawyer from 1989 to 1991 and a member
of the Legal Research Board. Mr. Fulcher is a Councilman for the City of Nassau
Bay, Texas, and has served as a Director and Secretary of the Nassau Bay Economic
Development Corporation. Mr. Fulcher is a member of the Houston, Galveston County
and American Bar Associations and is licensed to practice before the courts
of the State of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District
of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Fulcher's primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, environmental law and insurance litigation.
