Gregory
S. Garrison was born in Freeport, Texas. Mr. Garrison received his Bachelor
of Arts in 1986 and his Master of Business Administration in 1990 from The University
of Texas at Austin. In 1990, Mr. Garrison also received his Doctor of Jurisprudence
from The University of Texas School of Law and was licensed to practice law
in the State of Texas. Mr. Garrison is a member of the Galveston County Bar
Association, the State Bar of Texas and the Galveston County Young Lawyers Association.
Mr. Garrison's primary practice areas include investment company and investment adviser issues, variable insurance products and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
