David Le Blanc
was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Le Blanc received a Bachelor of Arts
magna cum laude in 1991 from Texas Christian University, where he was a member
of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University
of Houston in 1994. Mr. Le Blanc is a member of the Galveston County and American
Bar Associations and the Galveston County Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Le
Blanc is licensed to practice before the courts of the State of Texas and the
United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Mr. Le Blanc's primary practice areas include civil litigation and insurance law.
