Andrew
J. Mytelka was born in New York, New York. After graduating with a Bachelor
of Arts from Grinnell College in 1982, Mr. Mytelka received his Doctor of Jurisprudence
from Tulane University in 1985 and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University
in 1986. Mr. Mytelka was a member of the Boston University Journal of Tax Law
from 1985-1986. Mr. Mytelka is a member of the Galveston County and American
Bar Associations, and is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of
Texas, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern
and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Courts of Appeals for the
Fifth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Mytelka is the firm's Managing Partner and practices in the areas of litigation and appellate law.
